Shipping Methods
All orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or freight carrier depending on weight and dimensions. Standard ground shipping is available for all domestic destinations. Express (2-day) and overnight options are available at checkout.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $199. Orders under $199 ship for a flat rate of $12.95. Freight shipping (oversized items such as DJI Dock 3, Inspire 3) has flat-rate pricing displayed at checkout.
Processing Time
In-stock orders placed before 2pm PT ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm PT ship the next business day. Backordered items typically ship within 5-10 business days and you will receive an email with the expected ship date.
Signature Required
All orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. You may authorize delivery without signature through the carrier portal using your tracking number after shipment.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees. Please contact sales@novy-x.com for international freight quotes before placing your order.
We are unable to ship DJI enterprise products outside of North America due to DJI distribution agreements.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order status in your account area or by contacting support@novy-x.com.
