DJI Manufacturer Warranty

All DJI products sold by Novyx are covered by DJI's standard manufacturer warranty. As an authorized dealer, we handle warranty claims directly on behalf of our customers to ensure a smooth resolution.

What is Covered

Manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use
Motor or gimbal failures not caused by crash damage
Electronic failures in flight controllers and transmission systems
Software failures that cannot be resolved through firmware updates
Dead on Arrival (DOA) units reported within 7 days of delivery

What is NOT Covered

×Crash damage, user error, or water damage beyond IP rating

×Normal wear and tear (propeller wear, cosmetic scratches)

×Damage from using non-DJI batteries, chargers, or accessories

×Products registered to third parties

×Software issues resolved by firmware update

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. 1Contact support@novy-x.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. 2Our technical team will diagnose the issue via email or video call.
  3. 3If the issue is covered under warranty, we will issue an RMA number and prepaid return label.
  4. 4DJI will repair or replace the unit and return it to you — typically within 10-15 business days.
