DJI Manufacturer Warranty
All DJI products sold by Novyx are covered by DJI's standard manufacturer warranty. As an authorized dealer, we handle warranty claims directly on behalf of our customers to ensure a smooth resolution.

How to File a Warranty Claim
- 1Contact support@novy-x.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- 2Our technical team will diagnose the issue via email or video call.
- 3If the issue is covered under warranty, we will issue an RMA number and prepaid return label.
- 4DJI will repair or replace the unit and return it to you — typically within 10-15 business days.
